What the product is

The quiz and premium report are digital self-reflection products. They are not financial, investment, tax, credit, or legal advice. Premium access unlocks additional analysis tied to the specific quiz session that was purchased.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown at checkout apply at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Premium access is a one-time digital purchase unless a subscription is explicitly shown at checkout.

Immediate digital access

When you buy premium access, you ask us to begin supplying the digital content immediately after payment. If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, immediate access to digital content can affect your statutory cancellation rights once supply begins, where the law allows this and you have expressly acknowledged it. This does not affect any rights you may have if the product is faulty, not as described, or not supplied properly.

Refunds and complaints

If you believe there has been an error or the product is not as described, contact support@amadeusdigital.co.uk. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. We may refuse abusive, fraudulent, or duplicative requests, but we will review genuine complaints in good faith.

Use of the service

You must not misuse the service, interfere with the site, or attempt to access premium content without payment or permission. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the service is provided on an as-is basis and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant premium report.
