This notice explains how Amadeus Digital LTD collects, uses and stores personal data when you use the quiz, buy a premium report, contact support, or revisit a paid result.

What we collect
We collect quiz answers, quiz session tokens, payment-related identifiers returned by Stripe, your email address where Stripe provides it, country information from Stripe, and limited technical data such as hashed IP and hashed user-agent fingerprints when a checkout session is created or a premium report is accessed.
How we use it
We use this data to run the quiz, deliver and reopen paid reports, prevent abuse, investigate payment disputes, maintain transaction records, answer customer support requests, and improve service reliability.
Automated quiz analysis
Your answers are processed automatically to generate your quiz result, score, and premium report content. This is used to deliver the product you asked for. It is not used to make legal, credit, employment, insurance, or similarly significant decisions about you.
Lawful bases
We rely on contract where processing is needed to deliver the quiz and paid digital report you asked for. We rely on legitimate interests for service security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, evidence logging, and maintaining business records.
Payments and third parties
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe provides payment, customer and transaction data back to us so we can confirm payment, unlock premium access, and handle support or disputes. The site also uses hosting and database infrastructure providers acting on our instructions.
International transfers
Some service providers we use may process data outside your country or outside the UK or EEA. Where that happens, we aim to use providers and safeguards that are intended to protect personal data appropriately under applicable law.
Retention
We keep paid access, payment, and evidence records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide purchased access, resolve complaints or disputes, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud. Unpaid quiz sessions may be removed when no longer needed to provide the result.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are in the UK, that authority may be the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us first at support@amadeusdigital.co.uk and we will try to resolve it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal data. We store only limited evidence data for fraud and dispute handling, and technical identifiers used for that purpose are hashed before storage.
